Guest Preacher
This week we will be led by Pastor Don Potter in worship.

Pastor Don Potter has served three Presbyterian Congregations during his full-time ministry. In retirement, he has served as pulpit supply in the Carlisle Presbytery and, for the past six years, as Pastor of Visitation at Camp Hill Presbyterian Church. In 2015, Pastor Potter retired from active ministry and resides at Presbyterian Senior Living in Dillsburg.

Elders on Call 
During this Bridge period, which is the period between Rev. Matt Drumheller and whoever comes next, the Session will have “Elders on Call” who can be contacted should you need assistance.  For the remainder of this week, the Elder on call is Bob Kerr.  Starting this Sunday, April 14, the Elders on Call are Amy Chick and Jane Freet.

You can also call Krystle in the church office, who will refer you to either the Elders on Call or to one of the Deacons, depending on your needs.  While this alternative only works during normal business hours right now, Session is investigating methods that will work at any time.

April Giving Barrel

Pine Street’s Mission Committee has dedicated April’s Giving Barrel to the homeless and hospitalized veterans.  Our donated items will be appropriately sorted and delivered to the two groups of veterans.  Below are listed the items that are most needed and requested. Let’s fill the Barrel for those who have given much for our country.

Items needed are:

  • small bottles of water
  • large and small bottles of sunscreen
  • small and large bottles of body lotion
  • 3 in 1 bottles of body wash
  • brushes and combs (no rat tails)
  • small boxes of band-aids
  • reading glasses

All these items can be found at the Dollar Tree.  Thank you!!

Baseball game 

Sunday June 23,2024 Picnic food available from 12-2p. Game starts at 1pm.
Cost for both picnic and game is as follows:
ages 13 and older- $30
children 4-12-$20
Kids under 4 free!
Deadline to sign up is June 2nd 2024
