Stuart Seelman

Pastor

Stuart came to serve as Pastor of Pine Street in August 2024 after serving locally as the Associate Pastor at Camp Hill Presbyterian Church.

The son of a Presbyterian pastor, Stuart grew up across the American Southeast, living in the North Carolina Piedmont region, New Orleans, Richmond, and Dallas. In his undergraduate years, he studied International Politics and Diplomacy at Texas A&M University, was active in the Texas A&M Corps of Cadets, and studied Arabic abroad in Amman, Jordan.

With a heart for parish ministry, he graduated from Union Presbyterian Seminary in Richmond, Va during the height of the pandemic in 2020. Stuart’s call to minister centers on the distinctive witness of Christian community in churches, the power of congregational worship and programs to form and equip believers, and living the Good Life by deepening relationships and pursuing social justice.

When he’s not doing church work, Stuart is a reader, movie-watcher, and gym-goer. He enjoys creative pursuits, messing around in the wood shop and going after photography projects.

Constance Todd

Office Manager

Constance joined the staff of Pine Street Presbyterian Church in March 2026 after relocating to Harrisburg from New Jersey. She brings more than 14 years of experience in administration and operations, along with gifts in organization, communication, creativity, and service. Her professional experience has included supporting leadership, coordinating people and schedules, maintaining records, managing communications, and overseeing the many details that help an organization run smoothly.

As Pine Street’s Office Manager, Constance enjoys bringing her administrative experience and creative talents to the life of the church. She values the opportunity to work with staff, members, and the wider community and to help create a welcoming, organized, and connected church.

In addition to her work at Pine Street, Constance serves as a Care Provider with LivingWell Institute, providing mentoring and integration services to individuals and families throughout Dauphin County. Through this work, she is able to continue her passion for supporting people and helping them navigate the resources and connections that contribute to their well-being.

Outside of work, Constance enjoys volunteering, reading, drinking coffee, and exploring her new community. She looks forward to getting to know the people of Pine Street and being part of the life and ministry of the church.

The Rev. Dr. Scott Miller

Parish Associate

Scott was baptized, confirmed, and eventually ordained to ministry at Pine Street. He has a BA in Spanish from Thiel College, a Master of Divinity degree from Princeton Theological Seminary, and a Doctor of Ministry degree from Austin Presbyterian Theological Seminary. Having served churches in Elmira, NY, Lincroft, NJ, and Ferndale, MI, Scott retired in February 0f 2025 after 40 years of ordained ministry in the Presbyterian Church.

Respected for his leadership skills, Scott has chaired various Presbytery committees over the years and served on the board of the Presbyterian Association of Musicians – both as a member at-large and as acting president.

In June of 2025, Scott moved back to the Harrisburg area, along with Sally his wife, to be closer to family. His hobbies include reading, gardening, photography, walking outdoors, and working out at the gym. Scott has a deep appreciation for Reformed liturgy and music and a long-standing commitment to pastoral care. As Pine Street’s parish associate, he looks forward to working alongside Pastor Seelman and the Board of Deacons to provide care and support to members in need.
